Apart from the specific workshop, the experience includes 1 hour of daily Meditation, a daily “Awareness & Mindfulness” Workshop ,2 daily Yoga sessions, a daily massage, 3 tasty meals every day, a cultural visit to the island of Delos and optional sunset drinks.

About the Mindfulness and Awareness Workshop ( offered everyday in the morning, parallel with all other workshops)

 

During this workshop we will re-awaken and exercise the feeling parts of ourselves: our intuition, our body wisdom, our dreams and our deep listening. As we re-enliven the parts of our hearts that know that relationships are far more important than accomplishments, goals or tasks, we’ll become better partners to ourselves, each other and the Earth.
If we practice our capacity to be comfortable with vulnerability, with uncertainty, and with attending to the cues and clues that surround us, it will help us to become resilient, flexible and adaptive to change. It’s about reclaiming the whole of our humanity.

RELATIONSHIPS & INTIMACY - SEPTEMBER 26-29 2017

The longing for intimacy is one of the greatest longings we have. It is also one of our greatest fears.
This approach will allow us to experience non-cathartic methods to dissolve some of the basic fears that we all share. We will look at how we relate to different parts of ourselves and we will explore ways to create more loving relationships.
As we become more loving and accepting of ourselves, the doors open to intimacy with others.

OPENING TO SELF LOVE - SEPTEMBER 29-OCTOBER 2 2017

If you totally accepted yourself just as you are, without changing anything, would you have any problems? This process is a beautiful opportunity to gain insight into the ways we reject ourselves, and to see that we all have beliefs and fears that stop us from being loving and compassionate with ourselves. Once we have a clear understanding and experience of these inner mechanisms, the old habits of self-rejection and doubt begin to fade away, allowing us to open to our intrinsic and unique beauty and rediscover our essential value. It also opens the way for positive and loving relationships with others.

FREEDOM OF THE ILLUSION OF DEATH WORKSHOP - OCTOBER 2-5 2017

In this journey we are going to experience how the energies can be liberated from attachments and identifications that create suffering in our lives. We will explore where we stop our energy because of fear of losing somebody or something: the fear of surrender to the unknown. We experience & Remember how to create an ambiance of loving acceptance around those fears and tensions through techniques & meditations.
The energy is liberated when the relaxation of surrender starts to happen. We bring this vital energy back to our center using movements, breath and sound. With the totality of this space, we create a bridge between awareness & love, allowing our energy to move freely and re-connecting us with our love atmosphere celebrating the beauty and the mystery of life and death.

ABOUT SHEELA ANANDO

Sheela was born in Greece and lived for seventeen years in India, working as a Therapist and Facilitator at the Osho International Meditation Resort. Now she lives between India, Greece & Canada and travels all around the world sharing her work.
The base of her work is empowered by many years of meditation practice, self- inquiry and psychology skills, combined with the exploration of the traditions of Zen, Sufism, and contemporary teachings about the human mind and heart.
Sheela is a graduated Dance teacher, a Group Leader, a Counseling and Coaching Therapist, a Reiki Master and a Certified Trainer in Meditative Therapies.
